The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Health Equity’s mission is to build and leverage a diverse and inclusive environment through recruitment, support, retention, and promotion in the department in addition to providing mentorship, creating scholarly and leadership opportunities that enable faculty, fellow, residents, and staff to address the health needs of a diverse population.
